I am going to use Deepl to translate the .xliff files directly, but Deepl only accepts .xliff files which are version 2.1.

The .xliff files I downloaded from SmartCat are version 1.0. I need these 9 .xliff files converted from version 1.0 to version 2.1 so I can use Deepl to automatically translate them.
