Migrate asp.net app to Docker

Hi,

Migrate asp.net Framework 4.7 application to Docker (GCP Cloud Run)

Situation:

We have a legacy asp.net Framework 4.7 application running on IIS Windows Server 2012 R2 - we need to migrate it to a more suitable system.

We have chosen Google Cloud Platform as our provider and wish to utilise their Cloud Run service to deploy and host a docker container with our app. The app will connect to our postgres database hosted on GCP SQL service.

Requirements:
Make appropriate Dockerfile capable of running our app on GCP CR
Make changes to our app connection string to allow secure access to GCP SQL db
Make appropriate changes to our app to ensure secure HTTPS connection to user endpoints
Document and provide instructions on deployment procedure, including all commands needed to build, push, run, etc the app.
Document and nuances and actions required to overcome the above implementation challenges.
NDA required before project start.

Resources:
You will be provided with credentials to connect to the GCP project and a copy of the existing application code.

Timescale & Budget:
2 - 3 weeks from acceptance to completion
