OpenVPN client wrapper / re-branding

Hello,

We are looking for a windows desktop application that wraps OpenVPN client. While our preferred development stack is Nodejs/Electron other alternatives are also welcomed. (java, c#, c++ ..)

Please note that this development doesn't involve OpenVPN server setup as we already have a working OpenVPN server. We are only trying to re-brand the OpenVPN client.

The expected output is pretty simple;

1) A login UI asks for username and password. You simply need to post the credentials to the API that we will provide which returns 'fail' or 'success'.
2) A connect/disconnect button that interacts with the OpenVPN client.

A couple of developers tried to use Node/Electron which failed due to UAC that pops up each time connect/disconnect clicked, which supposed to be asked once. Please consider this as a long term opportunity, and keep your quotes reasonable.
