Privnote Telegram Bot

So privnote is a service where only one person who clicks the fastest can view the note. If another person is even 0 seconds late, they won't be able to see it. Experiment with it on privnote.com.

In channels and groups there will be privnote posted. Normally, it's a competition to see who gets to see the note first. I need to be able to choose the groups and channels, to activate my telegram bot. Then once activated, whenever the telegram bot detects a privnote link, it will automatically visit the site, click on (yes show me note), take a screenshot, and then upload back to me via telegram bot. I am hoping to attach to any telegram account and only the users I choose will be able to use this bot.
