Setup IKEv2 VPN Server with StrongSwan on Ubuntu

Hi, I am looking for someone to setup an IKEv2 VPN Server with StrongSwan on Ubuntu using DigitalOcean. I will need you to provide all the client info required to connect tunnels. There will be 3 clients (Cradlepoint IBR900 mobile routers). Cradlepoint WAN will be provided by Starlink Satellite Internet in bridge mode.
