Moodle: Fix "Error connecting to server" issue when uploading specific SCORM package

Description of requirements/features: I am in the process of uploading some SCORM Packages to my Moodle and am experiencing difficulty with one of them. There are three packages:

1. 5.99MB

2. 8.99MB

3. 9.37MB

Oddly, it is Package 2 which won't upload when I try to (the middle sized package). When I upload it in the normal fashion, it comes up with the error message "Error connecting to the server". I have tried to save the file to a new file, rename etc without success.

I have accessed a number of error logs within my web server and have identified the following which I think may be relevant, however, I am not certain.

I need someone to rectify this issue so that the SCORM package can be uploaded (as the other SCORM packages seem to be uploading easily so I presume it must be a settings issue?)
