Description of requirements/features: We need to add a ticketing system to an existing CRM system that is built on Symfony. The ticketing needs to track tickets that will be sent to an email address, assign them to client accounts and maintain a record of conversations. There needs to be 2 departments which tickets can be assigned to.
The system was developed by a member of staff who is no longer a part of our team and as such an ongoing working relationship could be very beneficial to all, as we have a number of projects of this nature in the works. It may also be the case that an accurate quote is dependent on looking at what is already done, so as such a guideline amount and a good proposal is ideal at this stage.
