Creating a Web-Server of Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) for my site.

Dear Sirs.

I need a developer to take the Scratch editor (https://github.com/llk/scratch-flash) and create a Web-Server version of Scratch. The Web-server of Scratch will be put on my site (https://strigiformhub.com/coding/). I have already contact with Scratch MIT, and since its open source, I have the permission to do this.

The new version must have the following:

3 level architecture will be defined

Click on Login Button >> 2 Options >> Login as Student or >> Login as
Teacher >> Dashboard page >> List of Docs

Main Administrator:- ( Full access to monitor complete site access)
Add/Update/Delete Teachers, Add/update/delete Students
Push Notifications Management
User Management
View All list of documents uploaded

Second Level Admin ( Teacher)

Registration>> Login as teacher
Add/Update/Delete E-Books/Tutorial Books (Pdf files)
Sharing to Student list via email or push notifications
History of Docs Uploaded

Third Level Admin ( Student)

Registration >> Login as Students
Read E-Books/Tutorials ( Pdf files)
