Website is multi-tenanted, admin creates agents, an Agent is a business that sells parcels services to customers, all agents use the site owners DHL account and card payment account, site owner assigns retail customers to agents

Main functionality is retail customer logs in, gets a DHL parcel quote, pays by credit card, prints DHL label, job is submitted to DHL.

Site needs to connect to a SMS/Text message service by API and send each customer a text message when their delivery order is confirmed.

Additionally functionality
Quote for Air| Sea | Road Freight basically gets details of the commodity sender and receivers details and emails it to our admin email for us to contact the user and discuss - does not return price except from Product that we will provide a csv for.
