Fixing Error 3210 on checkout using payments with Opayo(Sagepay)

We have just installed Opayo Module from Magenest and although the testing worked fine we are getting the following error in live mode using direct method.

On placing orders we are getting error message:
3210 : The BrowserColourDepth field format is invalid.

We called Opayo technical and all they could advise us with this error is that magento returned the number 30, when the only numbers that are possible are
1,4,8,15,16,24,32,48.

I'm posting this in the hope that someone knows exactly what all that means and can fix this problem.

We are using Magento ver. 2.3.5-p2
and the latest version of Opayo module from Magenest
