Create a website like mybuilder.com , ratedpeople.com, bark.com

Hello

I am looking for someone to develop a website which as the same functionalities as mybuilder.com, ratedpeople.com , bark.com

The functionalities i want the website to do is:
- for customers to be able to post a job (fill in their requirements) and then create an account which they can monitor their posted jobs
- for vendors to sign up and be able to set up a profile (I have a list of pre-filled requirements vendors must be able to meet before they sign up)
- for the website to match jobs to vendors with jobs customers have posted (via the pre-filled questions) and then send an automatic email to potential vendors
- for vendors to submit whether they are interested in the job
- for customers then to receive an email letting them know who is interested in the job and then be able to shortlist 2/3 potential vendors
- when customers shortlist potential vendors, those vendors will receive customer's information (customers details will only be released to vendors once they have paid for lead fee, other than customers detail remain anonymous)
- then it is all left to the customer and vendor to come to an agreement
- the website to have payment method for me to charge a lead fee
- In the end, the customer will be asked to feedback on vendor and the vendor/customer can also leave feedback on the website

the functionalities i require to monitor
- i need to be able to monitor KPI
- i need to be able to have back end system that will allow me to sign people up, edit their profile, change passwords
- i need to be able to add pictures
- I need to be to take payments

The pages will include:
- Home page
- About us including pages on Our Mission, How it Works
- Post a Job (there will be option to set up an account to send/receive messages and monitor jobs and also pre-filled questions before posting job)
- How to become a listed vendor (pre-filled question would have to answered first and then vendor to set up a profile)
- Log in/Register page
- Vendor application page
- Other usual pages i.e. contact us, How to Guide,

As i stated above, the website design and functionality would basically be a clone of mybuilder with slight changes/minor amendments.

I have blueprint of how i want the website to work and will share once we have agreed T&Cs and price.

Question to be answered:
- How long would it take to build?
- What would you require from me?
- Can we set milestones and check progress?
- How would we communicate?
- Once the pages are created, would be bale to change the pages around i.e. not the functionality but be able to add pages, change them around, amend content etc?

Please note, i would require a NDA before i purchase.
