Add custom fields to Restrict Content Pro

We have a website that is restricted in parts using the plugin Restrict Content Pro.

The registration form only (out of the box) allows people to register entering only:

Username
Email
First name
Last name
Password (and repeat)

However, we need the form to ask other questions in addition to the above:

Company Name (single line)
Trading Address (multi-line)
Contact Full Name (single line)
Contact Email Address (multi-line)
Delivery Address (multi-line)
Delivery Post Code (single line)
Accounts Address (multi-line)
Accounts Postcode (single line)
VAT No (single line)
Company Reg No (single line)

We will need the data to be:

Entered by end-user
Stored on the site
Editable when the user is logged in
