We need to add whatsapp feature on our wordpress website. Can you help set this up? or provide us information if we should go for Whatsapp Business APP or Whatsapp BUsiness API ?

We have at least 5 support staff who should be able to have access to the whatsapp chat so anyone of the staff member can reply to customer queries.
