Avada WordPress theme set up and customisation

Leading Irish web design agency are looking for a web designer and WordPress expert to create websites in Avada Themes - https://avada.theme-fusion.com/demos/

We have very high standards so please excuse our rather demanding list below. Likewise, please do not waste your time of ours if you don’t meet the requirements, and please do not apply without examples and links to live WordPress sites you’ve done.

The normal type of project would involve using content taken from old sites, or taking content provided to us, to create a new site using an Avada theme. You would then work with us to make the client happy.

You should have a good eye for modern web design, a good eye for marketing and advertising, be able to arrange/rearrange the website content to best suit the business involved, and be able to thus provide flawless finished websites to us. We request a flat fee per project, and require unlimited changes until the project is finished.

The winning candidate will be expected to be, and be able to show they are good at the following:
1. graphic design - please provide examples of some original design you've done (either for print or as part of sites)
2. WordPress web design and development from a theme - please give links to live sites that are your work, and ideally using Avada themes.
3. transfer all content, including migrating possible blog archives, and be good at starter SEO using Yoast, and also clean onsite SEO and design, removing unnecessary content and plugins from the theme.
4. good knowledge of ensuring the site load speed is fast, and how to make it faster.
5. able to test your own work, for all browsers (and of course mobile)
6. deliver the finished site to me ready to show to the client
7. provide a report on the content required (in your opinion) to make the site even better, and a list of all the remaining problems with the site - I should not find problems with the site that aren't in your report
8. You will provide unlimited changes until the project is finished
9. You will work with and through an experienced project manager - we will check your work, request improvements, and then show it to our client and request more changes from you, and so on until the client is happy and the project is finished.
10. The work will always be ours and you won't be able to put it on your portfolio or marketing materials. You should never contact our clients directly.


We will give you a demo server with WP and the avada theme installed, you will then set it up as directed, or using your own initiative and design flare - using the content provided (either from an existing old site, or as provided to you.
