Creating an affiliate Wordpress website

Ideally we are looking for our website to look very similar to https://www.groupon.co.uk/ however when clicking on a deal it will redirect to the advertisers site via an affiliate link. Example advertisers we plan on promoting are Groupon, Wowcher, Amazon and GoGroopie. We plan on using their affiliate feed initially pulling this from Awin to populate the deals on our site.

We also require having a pop up with a cross on the site so we can collect user email addresses directly into our MailChimp.
