I need an interactive tutor/student website built in wordpress which is responsive.

General information for the website: We sell online language lessons.

Description of every page/module: The homepage should provide the information about our system and why learning languages is very important. It should have images and text that makes the page interesting. Additionally it should show some recent articles published by students or tutors as well as the option to search for tutors offering them the language they want to learn.

It will need a page to browse through professional tutors as well as a page to browse through language coaches (tutors who are not fully qualified). Additionally it would also need a search page allowing students to search through tutors/coaches.

We will need a community section with forums, articles, blogs and social media integration as well as login in via F/G/T etc.
Description of requirements/features: Needing a fully operational, fast loading, responsive and SEO friendly wordpress theme which is amended to provide the following:

Interactive website between tutors (teachers both professional / community coaches), so students and teachers are allowed to have a profile page, submit blogs, articles and images.

Students can browse through profiles
Students can select a lesson, course or block of lessons
Students then check the teacher availability and select the dates/times they want (upto the block of lessons booked)
Students then get taken to a checkout page and can pay via 2Checkout or PayPal
Students have a profile page and an account page, in the account page they can amend their reservations but not cancel

Teachers can sign up for a profile page
Teachers profile page must contain information about them, as well as linked to a youtube video etc
Tutors - two types (professional teachers / community coaches) create a profile
Teachers enter their prices and package rates for lessons and courses
Teachers provide their availability (dates/times)

Once a student books the money is charged by the website, and held in an account.

An email should be sent to the teacher and the student 20 hours before to remind them of the lesson.

After the lesson has been carried out, the teacher must log in and click a button advising that they have delivered the lesson. The student must do the same and enter some feedback about the lesson.

Only after both have confirmed delivery of the lesson, then the funds will be transferred to the teachers account online.

** If the student doesn't show or the teacher doesn't show, there should be a "No Show" button, in which it opens up a case review. Here the teacher or students can send an image attachment to prove online or offline status. And whoever admin chooses is correct receives the money minus the admin % in their account.
