Local Wordpress Installation - XAMPP - Mac (OS X El Capitan)

Description of requirements/features: I need help:

Existing situation:
It' seems I'm more familier with windows. I have installed wordpress local several times without problems.
Now I try to do this all with my new Macbook Pro and finally I give up.

There are various barriers that I tried to fix it with help from the internet.
1) xampp installation I could do
2) I created a new database - also a new user (username & password)
3) I installed wordpress as usal (db-user, password, localhost) --> Wordpress was fine - I could log in with my Admin-User
Now I have a lot of problems:
--> FTP is requireing allways user (daemon) & password (xampp)
I did the settings in wp-config.php
define('FTP_HOST', 'localhost');
define('FTP_USER', 'deamon');
define('FTP_PASS', 'xampp');

--> I cannot update or delete any plugins
I gave the wordpress folders (wordpress/*) the permissons (read & write)

But I still have the problems

I'm looking forward of sb who can help me by my installation with screensharing (skype) -
Best Time: 8:00 pm / Central European Time/Mitteleuropäische Zeit (CET/MEZ)

Language of OSX, Wordpress & Xampp is in german.
