Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the website: Selling of e-Learning Courseware
Description of requirements/features: Initial Info what is needed:
A plugin to connect WooCommerce Docebo (www.docebo.com)
API Manual:
https://www.docebo.com/wp-content/uploads/media/Docebo_APImanual.pdf
What is already there: A single sign on plugin
https://www.docebo.com/wp-content/uploads/media/Docebo_WordPress_App_ENG.pdf
Requirements:
1) If a user registers on WordPress then the username in Docebo should be the Full email address and also first and last name should be filled. Currently the username is only the first part of the email address up to the @ and first and last name stay blank. (This maybe is a modification to the SSO plugin but should be included in the project)
2) When a new course is created in docebo a new corresponding product should be created in WooCommerce. Copying the course description as product description and the course title as product title. Also the unique course code should be used as the SKU to have a unique identifier.
3) When a order of a course is placed in WooCommerce after the completion of the order the course/s should be automatically asigned to the users account in docebo.
4) It should not be possible to buy a course twice or even have two in the cart. If a product was already bought instead of the cart button a message should appear saying “owned” or similar.
5) The plugin should be usable with any docebo account/url and not just the one provided for testing/developing.
Please feel free to ask any question that arise or make suggestions/comments.
Regards Michael
