WooCommerce Multi-Step Registration Form

Project Description:
I am looking at getting the registration form mentioned above developed into a multi-step registration form. The default WooCommerce registration form is overridden by the Blaze Retail WooCommerce plugin. And it’s this form I’m looking to get modified.

The result would preferably be something similar to the one that Nektar have (nekterjuicebar.com)

The form fields will be split into the following steps (these are subject to change):

Details:
Email Address
Password

Personal:
Which type of account would you like to create?
First Name
Last Name
Sex
Date of Birth
Phone

ID:
DL No
DL Expiration Date - MM/DD/YYYY

Contact:
What lead you to sign-up?
Address
City
ZIP Code
State

Agreement:
Add a Government Issued ID (File Upload)
Receive email promotions and updates
Receive SMS marketing and updates
I accept Agreement *

I also would prefer if the date picker used in the registration form could be improved, as the current one has a bad user experience.

Each step would need the form fields verifying when clicking the ‘Next/Continue’ button. Also, a progress bar to show the user the state of their registration would be great.

It would be great if the form could be accessible from the navigation as a popup, as well as standalone on its own page. Like the current registration form.
