Wordpress - Recaptcha Upgrade v1 to v2- install. URGENT Help Needed ! I'm locked out

I have had a reCaptcha prompt (see image) on my wordpress wp-admin page ( https://www.tattumi.co.uk/wp-admin ) for a few weeks but assumed that wordpress/plugins would handle the migration.
I have been able to refresh the captcha image up to this morning ( and enter my site...) but Now I can't.
I assumed that this was part of plugin/ wordpress version upgrade or otherwise I would have had some kind of direct communication or email with instruction on what to do given the seemingly monumental impact of this change.

Either way - Big mistake leaving it...Now I can't access my website to process urgent orders.


I have not been aware of downloading a specific captcha plugin, nor can I see one while accessing my FTP area.
I have assumed it might be part of Wordpress Jetpack plugin?? but cannot tell this for sure, and lloking at my other plugins, these don't seem to fit the bill.
I have tried renaming the jetpack plugin to disable the captcha from appearing. This hasn't stopped this from doing so.

I went to my google recapcha account page and it said ti was v2. I've tried to register a new site...
There was an existing site already there, but I belive I set this up as part of a reviews plugin integration.
Can't find any helpful forum posts thread either...

Unfortunately as I have little knowledge about sys-admin or coding, the integration instructions don't make sense.

Client side

1. Paste this snippet before the closing tag on your HTML template:
- as this is a wordpress install, I can't find/identify the head doc of html template.

2. Paste this snippet at the end of the where you want the reCAPTCHA widget to appear:
- again I cannot identify the page/form within FTP.


Server side integration instructions make no sense to me - referencing payload strings and POST requests...I haven't a chance of sorting it this way?


I cannot access my website...and totally stressed/panicking.
I cannot identify which if any plugins are responsible for serving the recaptcha or how to upgrade my site now...

Can anyone help???
