    First of all I Confirm that I would do your job. Normal rate for proofreading is between $6-8 per page of 500 words. With your word count of 60000 words and $200, it works out to be $1.67 per page of 500 words. Can you make it fair. It is technical work. With my experience , most of the PhD thesis needs proofreading and some editing also. Please give a reasonable compensation. Please let me know your best rate.
