Write a Proposal for LMS (Learning Management System)

Description of training: I need someone to show me examples or write for me a full comprehensive proposal on LMS.

A customer wants to buy an LMS and we need to give them a proposal for it.

The proposal should include the following:

1- Introduction and Executive Summary about LMS
2- Background and Rationale
3-Needs of the customer
4- Assumptions that were considered while making the proposal
6- Approach and Methodology
7-Deliverable
8- Scope of Work
9- Phases to deliver the scope of work
Extra notes: The person who will work on the proposal must have experience in LMS so he/she can add value to the proposal that we are offering to the customer.

For example, things that must be considered, things that customer must have and arrange, additional optional features, things that we need to avoid and make it clear that its excluded from the scope so we don't fall into variation orders or arguments during execution
