Wordpress fix and additional work

Current Problem - https://mariamcmanus.co.uk/ I currently use a person to do backups of my site and updates. However, since February continues to have problems with WPforms, whereby it does not send contact emails through to my gmail account, sporadic. (Contact form on top of menu is more reliable to work).
