Create a 3D SketchUp model based on drawings supplied

I need a 3D model creating, based on the floor plans and elevations attached. Windows, Doors, Furniture etc. should all be in components and grouped accordingly. Similarly, the floor, external walls, internal walls, and roof should each be in their own group. All dimensions including heights should match those in the attached drawings. The existing structure is nowhere near straight or square and the proposed floor plans reflect this, and I appreciate drawing in 3D with that level of detail would be nigh on impossible, so I am happy for each elevation's wall to be drawn in plane, rather than ploygonal surfaces with softened lines. The only texture I would like applied is to any glazed surface, where the glass texture should be applied to both sides of those surfaces. Generally speaking surfaces should be oriented correctly (so 'reverse' side towards inside of each 3D volume) but this will not be being used for 3D printing so that isn't particularly critical. I need a sketch up model of a sculpture

I would like a sketch up expert help with a sculpture I am trying to model. I have photographs of what I would like and a basic sketchup model of the shape. I would like it to have the texture of stone and it needs to be around eye height tall, 1.5m. I would like a final model for end of day Tuesday if possible.

Need renders in Lumion starting with a Sketchup file

Who can help to make sets of renders? I make micro garden designs. My biggest problems in presenting a project to clients is to make light and plants realistic. Trees in the library of rendering programs are always perfectly symmetrical, while using asymmetrical trees planted in corners are way more interesting! Ideally, I look for someone with experience in garden design who has all types of atypical shapes of plants in the library

3D renders and amends - high level

Hello, I've worked previously with another 3D designer but he's moved on to full-time work so I'm looking for someone else to assist me. The PDF attached is a job we did previously. We are now creating another room with the same style but in a different location. As it's in a different location, this will require some moving around of some pieces of decor but I will be able to direct you on this. - We would require the same level of standard of renders in the attached PDF which, Im not 100% sure, but could have been done in Twin motion. - There is also some floor plan pages (like in the PDF) that I would need assistance on too. - We have a sketchup file but will need some help with tweaks . I would require to see some of your previous work to proceed and I am happy to create the presentation PDF if you can just provide render imagery and floor plans.
