Logo animation appearing from white light of a morning sunrise

I wish to create a logo animation for my YouTube and instructional videos in which my logo and mission statement appears out of a slightly diffuse white light of a misty morning sunrise. I regard this animation as very challenging as capturing natural light effectively is not easy and stunning high quality film realism is required, please only consider this project if you are fully confident in providing this. Ideally the text of the logo and mission statement should be 3 D so that light can be seen to be bouncing off of it. The words Everyone is God is to appear first, then the mission statement is to appear from the light in three phases one after the other: Empower Everyone - Solve Everything - Fulfil Every Dream. Finally the words 'Powerful solutions to everyday problems with Marcus White' appear underneath. The image I wish to create is the words coming out of the film realistic light of a morning sunrise through morning mist. I would like to experiment with accompanying sound and/or the words being spoken. The overall feel should be professional, holistic, but not of an overtly spiritual nature such as for example chanting ohm sounds. My work is spiritual at it's core, but it relates to everyday life, and seeks to solve all the daily problems people face in their life, so in this sense the animation needs to be easily relatable to the everyday person. The logo animation will require an number of slightly different formats/sizes, and fixed versions for printed/fixed digital marketing materials. This is something I would need a little advice on. So a graphic/logo design service is also needed, this will be helpful in order to make sure everything is handled by one person and there is brand consistency. I will provide more detail on the brief prior to beginning work.
