Jess designed a 6-page website for me, and I'm happy with the final result, especially for the price. She is a skilled designer, and I would recommend her. The project took longer than expected (partly due to my feedback, which required some redesigns), but toward the end, I had to follow up as her responses became slower, and I was in a hurry to launch the website. I understand that delays can happen, though. Jess was very responsive at the beginning, and although there were a few issues along the way, I appreciate the effort she put in. Overall, I’m pleased with how the website came together.

I'm sure you understand that completely redesigning almost every page of the website, again and again, is not as simple as it seems and takes a lot of time and hard work. As for the delayed responses, I was pushing my limits to complete the website before our final deadline as there were quite a few things left. But still, I tried my best keeping up with the replies, and I sincerely apologise if you felt that my responses became slower towards the end, it wasn't intentional.
