Build a macro based CV (Resume) with drop downs and automation

I am a software developer and have worked for top companies like Facebook and Apple. I have always had success in cracking interviews. In the beginning, most of my friends asked me to design their CVs and their feedback told me that there was something special. If you are a sales guy and you have, let's say 10 years of experience, I have developed software where you simply input your data and histograms are created for each year. These histograms can be accessed by a drop-down menu. Same goes if you are a researcher and would like to add links to your paper but you want it all to be represented on 1 single page because employers get overwhelmed if your CV is 10 pages long.
