What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need access to a telegram bot or account that is a member of the target channel and can send messages to it.
you will need to choose either a MetaTrader 4 version or a MetaTrader 5 version. same system can be made with Webull, Robinhood, Binance, ... but will need to be discussed, send me a message if you need anything else.
