Formula 1, F1 Download real-time sector times, Could access Java Applet

I wish to have the Formula 1 grand prix sector times downloaded into Excel in real time as the race is being driven.

There is an API for the F1 data or you could pull it from.

I wish the data to be in the excel in the following format table.

Driver A Driver B Driver C Driver D.....

Lap1 Sector 1
Lap1 Sector 2
Lap1 Sector 3
Lap2 Sector 1
Lap2 Sector 2
Lap2 Sector 3..
