API integration between Shopify store and supplier, using JSON files

General information for the website: I’ll be selling babies and children’s apparel
Description of requirements/features: I’m building an e-commerce website on the Shopify platform. I’ll be selling babies and children’s apparel. I have found a supplier who is based in the same country as my target audience - the UK. However, the supplier requires me to send orders on his API platform through JSON files. There are 2 things that need to be done before we launch the website:
1. I have never created JSON files (or webhooks) so I’d like someone to show me how to do that; how to create them and modify them so that they include all the information the supplier requires;
2. I need my shopify store to be integrated with the API platform of my supplier, so that they can receive orders via JSON files from my website automatically, regardless of quantity or product. This is CRUCIAL as the supplier will be sending orders directly to my customers (dropshipping model).

I need someone who has programmed on the Shopify platform before, perhaps created apps there; knows about MySQL, PHP (5.4 or above) and creating JSON files and webhooks.
I need you to finish the job within 1 week of accepting the job. For someone with relevant experience, it should not take too much time.
The store is already built and no additional help outside what has already been stated is required.
