Email list every CrossFit gym

I need a list made of every CrossFit gym (sourced from Crossfit.com) http://map.crossfit.com/

I need the list to include all affiliates in the US and Canada. The US by State.

We need: Affiliate Name, URL, address, and all applicable email addresses and contact names. Most important being email list.

Whoever; successfully completes this first list generation will get first right of refusal for the remaining affiliates for the rest of the world.

I'd prefer the list to be in Microsoft Excel.

Please send proposals and a timeline as to when you can complete.
