ENFIELD COUNCIL PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE PCN - parking fine - DRAFT APPEAL LETTER

Description of legal work: I recently received a PCN from Enfield council.

The contravention is: 26J Parked in a special enforcement area more than 50cm from the edge of the carriageway and not within a designated parking place (camera enforcement)

Extra notes: The road is a turning circle. It is a dead end road (cul de sac). The turning circle has no yellow lines along the curbside and there are no parking restrictions within the circle.

I was simply drove down to the property as i am a landlord of a property. I was unloading tiles from the back of my car and was there for no longer than 5 mins.
