Freelancer with good Point Cloud Data / 3D modelling skills required

Design details: I am looking for a freelancer with a good track record in working with point cloud data / 3D modelling, who can assist me on a project.

I have a client who is looking to have a building modelled up in 3D using PCD which was obtained from a previous survey. I have attached a load of architects PDF's to show the scale of the building. (Please note that we only need the internal of the building modelled up, not external).

The details that require modelling are as follows:
Structural features needed - Floors / Soffits / Beams / Columns / Openings etc...

Note: The building has been stripped out and no elevations will be needed.

Please quote for the time and costing for this to be carried out.
