I need accounting software in excel/access with VBA coding - multi client

General information for the business: Need software for one of my clients who use accounting information to do MIS reports
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft SQL Server
Description of requirements/functionality: Software for normal accounting/book keeping single entry with a function to produce control accounts to convert into double entry. Its a testing phase. We want to sure weather this idea will work. Accounts produced from entry to profit & loss account. It will be for multiple clients but one user access only. Its a short version of a bigger project, need to test the functionality of an idea.
CMS and Admin requirements: no particular cms or admin requests.
Specific technologies required: Microsoft Access, SQL server, VBA, Microsoft Excel
Extra notes: Please only apply if you have relevant experience. If you will subcontract to other people I will not entertain your application. We have deadline to meet. Its new year and I dont want to fall behind my dead line.
