Description of requirements/features: I want a microjob site that is a cross between Microworkers[dot]com (crowdsourced tasks) and Fiverr[dot]dom (fixed-rate jobs) with a few added features and appearance customization. (Further discussion with top candidates).

My platform must have top-notch security and be designed to be optimized and scalable from the start.

This is a job for an experienced professional programmer with good customer support. I am looking to do ongoing work with a reliable person or company who has a solid reputation around the web. I have heard too many bad stories where a programmer is hired, then when the customer needs help, has questions after the delivery, or needs additional customizations - the programmer is nowhere to be found. I don't have time for this.

Again, I am looking to establish a solid ongoing business relationship with a programmer/coder that I can rely on for script support and updates - and any additional programming that may be needed as my site grows and evolves.

So if you're not professional and don't care about your reputation, then don't waste my time & money!
