Remove video background and remove jerk

There are 12 videos which rotate product 360 degree.

Requirements:

1) Remove background and make it white (Without affecting product color.
2) When video play in loop it jerks when video end and start play again. So we need adjust the frames to it won't jerk.
3) We want to play video in mobile browsers so what format will video play? Please suggest.

Work must be completed today. Please give me estimate price and time.

Provide can sample work on one video from the attachment to check their quality.
