Retouching of real estate photography

i need to develop a long term relationship with a photo retoucher/editor for my real estate photography business here in Sydney australia.
To be successful with your proposal you need to
a) be able to quote per image
b) turnaround the images within 24 hrs of receipt on the ftp transfer
c) as part of the selection process you will be willing to retouch one sample image. I will supply the image as well as an example of the style i am looking for.
d) Be able to show a relevant portfolio of real estate retouching - before and after images
e) the work will be mainly on light and brightness with occasional retouching of skies I will correct for light balance in Adobe lightroom before I send you the images
