Setup localhost (EasyPHP) into https mode.

Description of every page/module: I can't get my EasyPHP localhost into https mode. Tried everything. Apache seems to like the cert I created and loads without errors but no green padlock.
Description of requirements/features: Windows XP, EasyPHP v5.3.0 or EasyPHP-DevServer-14.1VC9 both are loaded on my dev machine. I dont mind changing to
