Taxi Fare Calculator / Distance Calculator using Google Maps API

Description of every page/module: Should allow user to calculate the taxi fare between two points.
Description of requirements/features: Require the price for a taxi fare calculator.

Basic Requirements:
- Calculate Distance between two or more addresses
- Based on that distance, a simple calculation (subtraction, multiplication and addition) will be performed to calculate the fare.
- Use of Google Maps API - Place Autocomplete feature (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-autocomplete)


For the following extended features, if possible please quote separately.

Extended Features A
- Everything from basic, plus:
- If possible, a geographic constraint - so declining to quote if distances are too fare from company office.
- Vehicle Selector - Changing the multiplier in the calculation based on number of passengers / type of vehicle they select

Extended Features B
- Everything from Basic and Extended Feature A, plus:
- A connected booking form that will allow the customer to use the generated quote to book their vehicle. Would require fields such as Name, Contact Number, Email Address and then to use data from quote such as the addresses used and quote generated.

Extended Feature B
- Everything from Basic and Extended Feature B, plus:
- Payment Processing - preferably integrated with Braintree payments - to take payment for the generated fare.

Extra notes: The created module will then be integrated into a WordPress website. So, please advise on which method this will be integrated - as an external script, external page, plugin or iframe etc.


You do not have to quote me for all three extended features, if you wish you can just quote me on whatever you are able to complete.

If you are able to add a aesthetically pleasing UI on to it then that will be a bonus.
