Website login form

General information for the website: This is a service website people request things and I upload solutions to their requests.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have a website I have created. I need the code to drop into a page that has a webform for people to login.

The 1st bit of code is to initially create the account which would cover a Username (email address) and password.

The 2nd section of code is for a secure login function so that users can use their own Username and password previously created to access their own individual page to which I will upload information at their request.

I would like to have the function to recover username and password via email as well.

As this is sensitive information I need to ensure that this is secure and not prone to cross site scripting.
CMS and Admin requirements: I have yet to deal with the actual database creation requirements, I am open to guidance on this but of course I only want the data base accessible by me that stores all user data and it needs to be encrypted.

I have created the website using Xara. I have not yet selected a host for the site yet but the website will be hosted by a MSP.
