Absolutely horrific. Waited 2 MONTHS for the project. Messed around for hours a day. Ignored a plethora of messages. Sending files which never arrived... Took my money and we are £105 down let alone the 2 MONTHS that we wasted on this chasing the guy up.

Unfortunately this was the worst deal ever in my PPH experience. as due to change in person in same chat and multiple requirement changes since May 2023 till today. Further, your feedback is misleading and unfair. I delivered the project promptly in May 2023 but no payment done even proposal not accepted. Also, when you returned in February 2024 with new details and requested revisions, we asked for old proposal acceptance as per our policy without any additional charges. You kept changing the details and we updated the files multiple times. Suddenly, the handover from Emma to Caroline added to the more confusion. Despite the harsh and irrelevant communication, we still delivered the final file. Further, threatening a negative review to extort a refund is unacceptable. We've always met our clients' expectations and worked hard to resolve issues. Your review does not reflect the full situation (Till now I still said that come on a call and try to resolve and fulfill your desired revision and lock it in professional way not in a Harsh and unethical communication way like Miss Caroline did).
