The profile for this person states 'Your Delivery 100% Guarantee', 'Satisfaction 100% Guarantee'. An untrue statement. I am just thankful I didn't give my real information in the content I sent for him to create my CV, otherwise, he would have gained that for free. The initial engagement was efficient, however, from then he changed the scope due to his capabilities, and then delayed each day until finally, he did not deliver at all and just stopped responding altogether. This was an urgent job. I have now missed an important opportunity.

What you were asking for was not something which could be done in the time you required and we discussed this as well.
