Dubai, AEFor the records and my personal experience, I believe that freelancers should not accept a job unless they can do it. And secondly, they should never increase the price after quoting and agree to do it. Because it puts the buyer in a very difficult position.
When they spend more than estimated time, that shows that they 'neither didn't know how to do it or they had to learn or test to do it or even worse, if they have to do it in several instalments which will result in more time when accumulated.Sharifuzzaman M.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Pay per hour work rate has been offered prior to accept the job, moreover constantly asking for discounts and negotiations put the developer in uncomfortable position. That "complex" job has been taken away due to fair price re-quotation. All the very best for your future project.
