I am in search of an admin assistant initially on a part-time basis to assist with the following tasks:
• Excellent verbal and written communication- Good minute taker
• Website updates (linkedin, Company website)
• G – Suite/ zoho mail
• Exceptional Attention to detail
• Assisting with project governance
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations independently
• Must be proactive and illustrate you can maintain consistent calendar management
• Creative problem-solving attitude
• Must be able to work independently with very little guidance
• Answering emails/calls regarding any maintenance matter
• Preparing schedules for works and inspections
• Creating invoices
• Undertake general administration tasks
Key requirements for the Property Administrator role include:
• Previous office administration experience, preferably in the property sector
• A team player with a flexible approach to work tasks
• Committed and reliable
• Responsible attitude towards work
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills
• A starter finisher, who sees tasks through to completion
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Great computer skills
