Letter from chartered accountant to confirm my self employment.

I am applying for an Australian visa and need to submit a letter from an accountant confirming my self-employment status.

I have provided a letter template. Essentially, I just need a letter from an accountant (from an approved supervisory body - see below) to read my draft template and supply me with a signed letter on headed paper. This should take an hour tops!

Guidance from immigration lawyer:
Letter from the applicant’s accountant on headed paper confirming self-employed status and dates of self-employment. All accountants must be either fully qualified chartered accountants or certified accountants who are members of a registered body.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW); the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS); the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI); the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA); or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
