Remote bookkeeper/coach , Quick file software .

Hi I help run Brunswick Heating, a small Domestic heating company operating in the CR postcode area( household gas boilers , hot water , central heating, gas safe certification, boiler services etc) . I would like to only use Quick file software, ( bank stream switched on) I require a knowledgable and helpful attitude person to have a bit part with petty cash, directors drawings, and help coach me to correctly enter the simpler monetary figures and purchases so that the end of year process is more or less a formality for 'an accountant' . How much i do, and/or you do is down to whats most efficent, this quite possibly be an ongoing process
we have been trading 7+ years, issue presently about 300 electronic invoices a year, get paid mostly by bank transfer, no cash, no vat, no cis, no NI, no wages, i should emagine a lot of the 'work' can be carried out over the phone and emails, using business software etc ..
