Cad design for mini golf

Dear Candidate,

I am looking for a designer to take the attached file and turn it into a CAD file.

The image is of a proposed indoor mini golf course. I need to send the finished file to the manufacturer so the course can be constructed. Each hole is constructed on a rubber base so there is no undulation (i.e. each hole is flat).

The idea here is to have a file that can show all dimensions of the proposed mini golf course. Ideally, I'd like to be able to isolate each hole so all dimensions can be seen. This would include, bunker sizes, green and fringe (outer) dimensions and hole locations.

The hole location needs to be as close as possible to that shown.
The double marks are the tee off location.

The attached file is to scale. There is room to move to alter the design slightly, but the overall footprint can't be any larger.

Dimensions: 35m x 11m
Each square is 500mm x 500mm

You must have experience in Indesign or CAD. Any experience with golf would be a bonus and there is ongoing work for the right person.
