Car Ramp strucutral calculations

Hi We are looking to have some structral calculations done for a ramp that will lead onto a 1st floor (currently a float roof). The height is only 1.5m floor the ground floor. UK Accredited Structural Engineer Needed

I have recently had a first floor rear extension completed and the building regulator has requested the following: • A copy of the structural engineers drawings and calculations are required, the engineer's accreditation details should be on the head of each page. • Clarification is required on the insulation build-up to the roof and walls, a confirmation of the achieved u-value is required. • Confirmation required whether the roof is a warm or cold deck roof design. I already have the drawings and calculations from a structural engineer I used but his accreditation details are missing.

Very rough architectural style drawings

Hi, We're currently bidding for a project and are looking for someone with an architectural background—or at least experience in design and spatial layout—to support us with a visual proposal. We have existing floorplans of the building and need them to be recreated and adapted to illustrate how the space could potentially be used. These drawings don’t need to be technical or to exact scale, but they do need to look realistic and proportionate (e.g., furniture should be shown at relative, believable sizes). The goal is to communicate layout concepts clearly and visually. Here’s what we’re looking to show: Top floor: Office-style use, including private offices, hot desks, meeting rooms, and an auditorium. First floor: A gym layout, showing zones for equipment, functional space, etc. Ground floor: A reception area and a coffee shop, both linked to the gym. Basement: Wellness facilities including a pool, spa, cryotherapy chamber, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and heated loungers. We already have the floorplans; this is mostly a case of adapting them visually to present our proposed use of space. Im looking for an interior designer to re-sign our lounge and officr at our home, (we have a design guide for the house) Both environments need to be like a 5 star hotel, with a feeling of rest, calm and relaxation. You must be able to provide a product list for us to purchase against the design. I'll give a budget once I've selected a designer but it will be around c£1-£2k for each room. Lounge needs (maybe) a chair or two, coffee table and accessories, office may need a new desk, some decoration and accessories, so should be too much more than the budget. Must be UK based so you can provide a list of items to purchase from UK shops. Your portfolio must show similar work. I expect: 1. We are a small family run luxury bespoke cabinet makers who are looking to build a long term relationship with someone to outsource all of our design work to. This would be concepts through to the technical working drawings. The ideal candidate must use Sketch Up as this is the program we use and we will need the ability to make changes to designs. They must have experience working within the cabinet making industry as knowledge of how to build things is necessary. We would need the filed sent over as a PDF and also an editable Sketch Up file. I'm a Chartered Structural Engineer based in Scotland, I run a small consultancy as a side business doing residential projects alongside my day job. Generally I pick up the Architectural and Structural design in one package for these sorts of jobs. Display Cabinet

Hi, I am looking for someone who will design a 10-meter-long display cabinet. The top part should be made of glass with adjustable shelves and an oak lacquered bottom. It should also have two - four drawers. Ideally, the cabinet should have LED lights to enhance the visibility of the specimens. The size of the cabinet is flexible at this stage, but we were thinking of creating five cabinets that are 2000 mm wide each and standing one by one, giving the impression of a single unit. The height of the cabinets should be around 2100 mm. For now, we would like to have a visualisation for our client.
