Help with installing HBook plugin onto a Wordpress website

I have a campsite website that takes online bookings. I also take bookings via pitchup.com There are 8 pitches that can be booked.

I've purchased the HBook plugin and I'd like to achieve the following:

Set-up HBook so it takes bookings on the website.
Sync HBook with pitchup.com (info below)
Import all existing bookings from the old booking system on the website (ND Booking)
Import all bookings from pitchup.com (if this needs to be done?)

I'm looking for quotes for this project.



Yes, you can sync with PitchUp, using the ical sync. Please check this section of our documentation : https://maestrel.com/documentation/hbook/en/#ical_sync

The link to "Get url of the calendar containing all HBook calendars in one" is only for export. For example, if you wish to have all reservations in your personal agenda. However, you can not do a global import, as with ical, each accommodation has its own calendar. If you can do an ical export for each accommodation with ND Booking, you can import it for each accommodation in HBook. This is the "Import .ics".
