Web design

I am looking to have website built to support a book i am releasing very shortly.
I would like the look of the website to reflect the book very closely (details to be provided) and to be easy to navigate.
The navigation should be similar to this one accentuate.me.uk.
I would like anyone wishing to bid to have excellent web building skills and experience as well as a creative flair.
There will also be additions and changes to the site as things progress so i would like to be able to access and change wording myself and be able to call on the builder to maybe make technical changes later on.
The book is called 'House Share Hero' and is aimed at lanlords who run Housed in Multiple occupancy.
The site should contain the following:
